Please note that Colby Street gets "cut off" in a few places. The only way to get on our part of Colby Street is from either Ashby Avenue or Webster Street, both in Berkeley. Please follow these directions!

From Oakland:

Take highway 580 to Highway 24. Take the Highway 24 exit "to Berkeley". Go approximately 1 to 1 1/2 miles on Hwy. 24 and exit at 51st Street. Make a right on 51st Street to Telegraph Ave. Make a left on Telegraph Ave. and proceed approximately two miles. Make a right on Webster St. (at Procare Pharmacy). Make a right in two blocks on Colby St. We are in the second building on the right at 3010 Colby St., Suite 118, across from the Alta Bates Hospital Emergency Room.

Or

Take Hwy. 880 to the end of 880 where it becomes 980. Go on Highway 980, which will become Hwy. 24. Take the 51st Street exit from Highway 24. Make a right on 51st Street. Make a left on Telegraph Ave. and proceed approximately two miles. Make a right on Webster St. (at Procare Pharmacy). Make a right in two blocks, which is Colby St. We are in the second building on the right at 3010 Colby St. Suite 118, across the street from Alta Bates Hospital Emergency Room.

From San Leando/Hayward:

Take Highway 580 to Highway 13 towards Berkeley. Take Highway 13 all the way to the end and it will become Tunnel Road. Continue on Tunnel Rd., which will become Ashby St. Make a left on Colby Street (you will see the Alta Bates Medical Center on the left at the corner of Ashby St. and Colby St.). Go up 1½ blocks and our office is on the right at 3010 Colby St., Suite 118, across the street from the Alta Bates Hospital Emergency Room.

From Richmond/Pinole:

Take Highway 80 to the Ashby St. exit. Go east on Ashby St. approximately two miles. Cross Telegraph Ave., make a right at the next light, which is Colby St. (you will see Alta Bates Medical Center straight ahead). Go one and a half blocks on Colby St. and you will see our office on the right at 3010 Colby St., Suite 118, across the street from the Alta Bates Hospital Emergency Room.

From Orinda/Walnut Creek/Lafayette:

Take Highway 24 through the Caldecott tunnel toward Berkeley/Oakland. Take the Highway 13 exit North towards Berkeley. This will become Tunnel Road. Tunnel Road will become Ashby Ave. Make a left on Colby St. (you will see the Alta Bates Medical Center on the left at the corner of Colby St. and Ashby St.). Go up 1 1/2 blocks and our office is on the right at 3010 Colby St., Suite 118, across the street from the Alta Bates Emergency Room.

From Berkeley/Oakland:

Take Highway 24 East through the Caldecott Tunnel. Take the Orinda/Moraga exit. Turn left at the foot of the exit. Turn right at Santa Maria Way, the first traffic light (there is a Shell gas station on the right). Turn left on Orinda Way, which is one block up. You will see a prominent sign for 23 Orinda Way on your left. The next driveway beyond that is 25 Orinda Way, which is our address (If you get to the Rite Aid Pharmacy, you have gone too far). Turn left at 25 Orinda Way. Please park and enter our office on the far left side of the building.

From Walnut Creek/Layfayette:

Take Highway 24 West towards Oakland. Take the Orinda exit. Stay right towards Orinda Village. At the foot of the exit the road curves to the right, then you immediately come to a traffic light, Santa Maria Way. Make a right at Santa Maria Way. Turn left on Orinda Way, which is one block up. You will see a prominent sign for 23 Orinda Way on your left. The next driveway beyond that is 25 Orinda Way, which is our address (If you get to the Rite Aid Pharmacy, you have gone too far). Turn left at 25 Orinda Way. Please park and enter our office on the far left side of the building.
